Support for the last year and a half of the entire network for a large home builder company in Redmond, OR including six (6) servers, twenty-three (23) desktops and twenty-five (25) laptops. This client requires on-site support a minimum of 20 hours a week. Installed Watchguard Firebox 1000 firewall. Assisted in installation of Cisco 3500 VPN with two (2) permanent tunnels. Installed wireless network at main office as well as at six (6) off-site facilities. Installed Norton Antivirus server that manages the main office systems. Maintain Exchange 2000 Server, SQL 2000 Server, Terminal 2000 Server. Daily backups using Backup Exec. Code Enforcement Officer
Enforced municipal ordinances/zoning, state law, environmental criminal law relative to health and safety violations, as well as substandard building codes. Issued citations for noncompliance, several requiring court testimony. Wrote and filed property liens for work done. Researched and wrote several ordinances, including outdoor lighting regulations, property maintenance/housing code, junked vehicles, and parking regulations. Wrote probable cause affidavits for arrest warrants and search warrants. Assisted in budget process. Issued sign permits when “sign specialist” was not available. Chairperson for Recognition Committee. Involved in implementing programs to boost employee moral, including an employee reward system and budget process for such.
